Whether you have a conference, meeting, seminar, party, or recreation day in mind, Haltia offers great facilities for your event in Nuuksio nature, which can also be utilized in the day’s activities. Restaurant Haltia
Restaurant Haltia includes a bright restaurant hall of 230 m² and a modern covered terrace of 150 m², which offers a magnificent lake view to Nuuksio’s Pitkäjärvi. Restaurant Haltia can host up to 150 party guests without feeling cramped.
The space can also be divided into separate, smaller meeting rooms for smaller groups. The Päivölä and Boassu cabinets are perfect for private events, but they can also be combined into one spacious cabinet.

Cabinet Päivölä
Päivölä is a place appearing in Finnish folklore where large feasts are held, sometimes even referred to as “gods’ revelries”. So just by its name, the cabinet is a perfect space for a recreation day or corporate parties. Päivölä is a separate cabinet connected to the restaurant hall and from the private terrace area, you can admire Nuuksio National Park. The space is 42 m² in size and thanks to different table shapes, it can be arranged freely according to the group’s needs. This cabinet is suitable for max. 25 people.

Cabinet Boassu
The cabinet is named after the rear part of the Kota, the boassu. Apparently, the rear part of the Kota was a sacred place for the Sami people. The cabinet can accommodate up to 56 persons and is excellently suited for various private events. Boassu is located in the quietest part of Haltia’s restaurant hall. Haltia’s location in the middle of nature is also reflected in Boassu’s materials and atmospheric picture wall. There is also a special view from the room to the main exhibition hall, the art of which can be admired during a meeting, for example.

Haltiasali
The spacious multi-purpose auditorium can be transformed into a flat-floor meeting and dinner venue, or even an exhibition hall! High-quality sound systems serves musical performances, movies, and speeches excellently. Therefore, seminars, performances, concerts, and film screenings can be organized in the auditorium.
If necessary, a view of the stunning landscape of Nuuksio’s Pitkäjärvi can be opened to the front wall of the auditorium, which is a good backdrop for a meeting or for guests to admire. The entrance to the Haltia Hall is from the lobby on the 1st floor, i.e., the entrance floor. If necessary, you can also access the auditorium through its own entrance from the upper level of Restaurant Haltia and its own private exterior door for use.

Saivo
Saivo offers a fresh workspace for a team of up to 12 people! Large windows open up to a picture-perfect view of Nuuksio’s Pitkäjärvi. In addition to a modern and spacious workspace, Saivo has a private toilet and a compact kitchenette. And hey! You can continue the team day in a relaxed manner by booking Saivo’s sauna for the evening separately.
The name “Saivo” comes from the Sami language. The word has several meanings, but typically it means a particularly fish-rich or sacred lake.

Otso & Tarvas
Otso & Tarvas fulfills many needs of different groups. The Scandinavian, simple and modern meeting spaces are perfect for organizing meetings, training sessions, workshops, and seminars. In the peaceful rooms, there is an opportunity for creative work without the disturbing noise of the city. The picturesque view from both meeting spaces’ windows to Lake Pitkäjärvi in Nuuksio crowns the meeting experience. The recommended number of people for both spaces is 10-20 people.
In hopes of a larger space, Otso and Tarvas can be combined into one big meeting space!
When booked individually, the cost is €76.00/hour.
Other venues
Main exhibition hall
In Haltia’s main exhibition, people of all ages can experience the magic of the seasons and the creative power of nature spiced with a touch of Kalevala mythology. The main attraction is a gigantic nature panorama: Haltia’s Five Seasons, an 18-meter-wide panoramic wall, offers a comprehensive nature experience that takes you from the Archipelago Sea to the top of the fells and all of Finland’s 41 national parks.
The main exhibition hall is available for rent and is excellent for product launches, award ceremonies, cocktail events, concerts, dinners, panel discussions, and streaming. The beautiful space is designed to host impressive and memorable moments. It is possible to display the customer’s own material on the panoramic wall of the main exhibition hall and other surfaces. The acoustics are top-notch and only your imagination sets the limits!
A covered dinner for about 40 people or a cocktail event for up to 200 people can be arranged in the space.
Aarnituli
The Aarnituli fire place is located only 400m away from Haltia, in a forested environment along the “Päivättärenpolku” trail. It includes a campfire circle and three covered table groups, which can seat about 30 people. Aarnituli is a perfect addition to a recreation day or for team bonding. Aarnituli can be booked for use on weekdays from 14:00 and on weekends at any time. During the summer season, Aarnituli can be booked without restrictions.
Things to note before booking:
The reservation fireplace is a licensed area where consuming your own alcoholic beverages is prohibited and deviating at the Aarnituli reservation fireplace is prohibited.

A pre-planned and high-quality package for a meeting day is the easiest option for you, as we take care of everything in advance! The Aarni meeting package can be booked from March 18th to December 31st, 2024.
